Sherborne Castle

Sherborne Castle was built by Sir Walter Raleigh in 1594 after being granted the lease in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth the 1st. The castle, its beautiful grounds and lakeside gardens that were set out by Capability Brown in 1776 are a truly historic setting for weddings and all fine events. The Castle is licensed for civil marriages and host wedding receptions in the Orangery and lakeside gardens. The Wedding and Fine Events Show at Sherborne Castle is the region's premier and only two day wedding show that features an interesting mix of services and outdoor event ideas to appeal to visitors for weddings parties and all fine events.

All stands are for 2 days and are typically tables, or space with access to power. We work on the basis of placing services in non competitive positions which means we have a limited number of opportunities in each area for services of the same type. We regret that applications for photography stands for March 2012 are now closed.

Easy access and free parking and a convenient show set up from 3pm the day before or from 8am on the day of the show.
